EMF Remediation Products - 60 Day Return Policy

  • You must follow the return instructions properly to receive your refund.

  • contact Sunset EMF & Healing within the first 60 days and we can help you with the return and provide the return address
  • products need to reseable and not broken
  • Refunds will not be given if the products have been damaged such that they are unusable or un-sellable again. (Includes but is not limited to products that are burned, smashed, broken, or some other types of damage). If the Personal Card is dented or damaged we will make an exception and return that product since that product is so easy to damage with regular use.

  • Upon Receipt of your Products: Sunset EMF will confirm receipt and inspect the products. We will provide a refund check or credit the amount back to your credit card within 30 days after receipt of items non-damaged items.

  • Buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses for returning the items.

  • Sunset EMF will refund 100% of the product purchase less any original shipping expense, if applicable.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We cannot reimburse you if we don't receive the product at Sunset EMF.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please consider processing times, check your bank account/credit card company and contact us, if needed.

    Shipping returns

  • For EMF Remediation Products, please see the instructions above.
  • For other items, please contact us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we will not be able to issue refund if we are not in receipt of the products.
